6 – Reservation & Signature [The Explorer's Guide]

You have made it, you have found and won your opponents, but you still have to ensure victory, stay alert, check all the points and everything will be fine.

If the property chose you, congratulations! Now start a process in which you should always be clear, do not hesitate to ask your contact person your questions and end the process.

You will receive a call / email communicating the good news. In that call / email they will tell you the end of the process, which may vary between different real estate agencies:

1 – Make the reservation payment (normally it is the amount of a monthly payment).

2 – You should ask them to send you the draft of the contract to read it carefully and ask any questions you may have.

3 – Establish a day and time for the signing of the contract, delivery of keys, and the amount pending payment.
